Primary Purpose:The Financial Reporting Accountant is responsible for assisting with the timely and accurate preparation of the Company’s internal and external financial reporting, including the preparation of the Company’s monthly consolidated analyses and SEC filings on Forms 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K, under the direction of senior staff, supervisor and/or manager.
Duties and Responsibilities::
1Assists with the financial reporting process for the preparation of required quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q and earnings release materials.
2Prepares work papers to support SEC disclosures, which includes coordination with accounting teams and other departments for data collection.
3Prepares work papers to support financial statement fluctuation analyses used in reports provided to senior management.
4Performs technical accounting and SEC research related to areas of responsibility.
5Prepares and book monthly consolidating journal entries.
6Assists in the tagging and review of XBRL.
7Completes the SEC/GAAP disclosure checklist for assigned areas of responsibility.
8Develops and implement process improvements related to various financial reporting processes.
9Performs other duties as assigned (no more than 5% of duties).
Qualifications:-
Education:
1)Working knowledge of US GAAP is required.
2)Must demonstrate knowledge of accounting methods and techniques and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Experience:
3)Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with all levels within the organization.
4)Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including strong Excel and Word skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
5)Tally ERP 9, SAP, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) proficiency is desirable.
6)Team player who can establish positive and productive working relationships with others.
7)Self-starter who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude to every responsibility and project. Has a passion for innovative ideas and a sustained focus on continuous improvement.

General Job Description:The Turbine Operator is responsible for the safe, efficient and continuous operation of the turbine area which includes the two coal-fired boilers and turbine auxiliary equipment. Turbine Operators operate/monitor the equipment and make minor adjustments as necessary. Turbine Operators work on assigned shifts and maintain shift records and record changes in operation that can lead to possible problems.
Job Requirements:Able to operate various mechanical and electrical systems which include high pressure steam systems, auxiliary steam systems, combustion air systems, plant and control air systems, fuel systems, fabric filter baghouse, ash handling equipment, cooling water systems, feed water systems, and other auxiliary systems. Able to identify equipment problems, report abnormal conditions and document properly using logs, records, and our work request system. Able to read and interpret basic blue prints, technical specifications and operating manuals. Able to understand and ensure electrical and mechanical equipment are de-energized and made safe for working conditions as required. Ensure appropriate permits are prepared as required by the jobs. Conduct routine rounds on equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment. Assist maintenance when necessary to support overall maintenance of plant. Area housekeeping as required. Ensure area is kept safe and environmentally sound, report any problems immediately. Participate in area meetings, training and other plant meetings when applicable.
Qualifications:High school degree or equivalent education. | Experience related to power plant operation and maintenance. | Experience with generators, boilers, steam and water systems. | Able to work rotating shifts. | Must be highly motivated and work with limited supervision.
Physical SkillsWork may require considerable physical effort with frequent periods of heavy physical effort (lifting 50-100 pounds) and strained work positions. Considerable fatigue may be experienced.
Interdepartmental WorkWork involves regular contact with other departments such as maintenance areas involving removing equipment from service and making adjustments to operating equipment limited to established procedures.
