Job brief | We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to add value to our growth activities by identifying day to day issues of factory, The Manager has an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills. JD-COMMERCIAL MANAGER | :- |
Based at factory | : |
1) | Responsible of all commercial related activities. |
2) | Supervising all the departments. |
3) | Resolving day to day issues & work assign time to time. |
4) | Coordination among all the departments. |
5) | Coordination with production department and projects as well. |
6) | Reviewing of all department MIS and submission to corporate office. |
7) | Overviewing, monitoring, upgrading beautification of Housing colony and surrounding of the plant. |
8) | Overseeing the performance of the commercial team |
9) | Identifying and managing commercial risks |
10) | Works with other department heads to determine company goals |
11) | Taking a lead role in solving commercial issues that may arise |
12) | Monitoring the factory operations. |
13) | Taking corrective action as and when required. |
14) | Resolving any factory-related issues. |
15) | Suggesting improvements in the strategies. |
16) | Presenting the reports to the higher management. |
17) | Maintaining a sound relationship with all seniors. |
18) | support to all other units/departments with related issues |
19) | developing plans for team activities to include strategy to achieve targets. |
20) | You are responsible for your allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Line Manager. You must contribute towards the smooth running of the organization generally. |
Commercial Manager requirements and qualifications. | :- |
i) | Minimum of a Master’s Degree in M. Com/Business Administration |
ii) | Minimum of 20 years of experience as a Commercial Manager |
